Microsoft Copilot Cowork reaches general availability with usage-based billing

Copilot Cowork went GA worldwide on June 16. Each user needs a M365 Copilot seat, then agent work is metered in Copilot Credits at $0.01 each, with spending limits and a grace period to July 1 for ex-Frontier tenants.
