Microsoft Agent Framework Harness and Hosted Agents Reach General Availability

Microsoft brought its Agent Harness and Foundry Hosted Agents to general availability, giving platform teams a single binary that runs and governs agents across local development, containers, and cloud with built-in OpenTelemetry observability, tool approval workflows, and connectors for GitHub Copilot and the Claude Agent SDK. The milestone shifts the framework from a developer SDK to a governed production runtime.
