LG AI Research Releases K-EXAONE 2.0, the Largest Open-Weight Model From South Korea, on Hugging Face

LG AI Research published K-EXAONE 2.0 on July 31, a 750-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model with 37 billion active parameters and a 262K token context window released under Apache 2.0. The release more than triples the scale of its predecessor and is designed to compete with top-tier Chinese open-source models on Korean and multilingual benchmarks.
