HSBC will open a Global AI Centre of Excellence in Singapore and hire 100 specialists

Opening in the second half of 2026, the centre will build agentic treasury solutions, AI enabled digital payments and wealth journey tools that scale across the HSBC global network under Chief AI Officer David Rice.
