Keyfactor to acquire Cofide to give AI agents verified short lived identities

The deal extends the Keyfactor Trust Control Plane to cloud workloads and autonomous agents, giving each a unique and short lived verified identity so security teams can govern non human identities from one system. Terms were undisclosed and the Cofide team joins immediately.
