Claude share-link pages lacked noindex tags, putting sensitive conversations into Google and Bing search results

Hundreds of Claude shared conversation URLs were found indexed by major search engines after Anthropic's share pages were missing standard noindex tags, exposing sensitive business discussions, proprietary code, and personal information. Anthropic has since added noindex and nofollow tags to all shared conversation pages, and Google and Bing have begun de-indexing the affected URLs.
