ServiceNow AI contract value crosses 1 billion dollars as agents hit 80 percent resolution

ServiceNow reported quarterly AI annual contract value above 1 billion dollars with net new AI ACV up over 40 percent quarter on quarter, and more than 40 customers reaching 80 to 85 percent autonomous ticket resolution.
