OpenAI launches Presence, an enterprise platform for governed realtime voice and chat agents

Presence bundles policies, permission controls, escalation rules and pre-deployment simulations so enterprises can run voice and chat agents for support, sales and IT, with a Codex-powered loop that improves them after launch. It ships as a deployed product via Forward Deployed Engineers, not self-serve.
