InstaLILY raises $60M and launches Lily, an AI forward deployed engineer

The New York startup closed a $60 million Series B led by Energize Capital, with Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals joining, and unveiled Lily, an agent that learns how a business works, builds the software it needs, and goes live in days. At one national distributor the software Lily built generated more than $200 million in new annual sales.
