Apple sues OpenAI and its hardware chief over alleged trade secret theft

Apple filed suit in the Northern District of California accusing OpenAI, hardware chief Tang Tan and a former engineer of a coordinated scheme to lift product designs, manufacturing and supply chain secrets for OpenAI's device ambitions. OpenAI says it has no interest in other companies' trade secrets.
