OpenAI ships GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna to general availability with a new ChatGPT Work agent

OpenAI made its GPT-5.6 family generally available across ChatGPT, the API and a new ChatGPT Work agent, folding Codex into the desktop app and adding an ultra mode that coordinates parallel subagents. Sol runs $5 per million input and $30 output, with Terra and Luna priced well below for high volume agentic pipelines.
