TeraWulf signs a $19 billion 20 year data center lease with Anthropic

TeraWulf agreed a 20 year lease worth roughly $19 billion to supply Anthropic a 400 megawatt AI data campus in Hawesville, Kentucky, one of the largest single tenant AI infrastructure deals to date. First power is expected in the second half of 2027.
