Salesforce makes its Agentforce Commerce agents generally available with ChatGPT and Google integration

Salesforce moved its Shopper, Buyer and Merchant agents to general availability in its biggest Agentforce Commerce release, with native integration into ChatGPT and Google Search AI Mode and the Gemini app arriving soon. It pushes autonomous shopping and selling agents into production for enterprise retailers.
