Alsa raises $6.5M to build a payments and transaction layer for AI agents

The seed round, led by Alibaba and Tribe Capital, funds a unified layer that lets agents discover, access and pay for digital resources autonomously with usage based billing. Agent commerce is emerging as core IE infrastructure.
