DeepSeek open sources DSpark, making V4 inference up to 85 percent faster

DSpark is an MIT licensed speculative decoding framework that speeds up DeepSeek V4 per user generation 60 to 85 percent with no retraining, weight changes or new hardware. DeepSeek also open sourced DeepSpec, a codebase for training and evaluating drafters.
