Scaled Cognition raises $100M to ship APT, an agent model built for reliability

Khosla Ventures led a $100M Series A at a roughly $750M valuation for Scaled Cognition, whose Agentic Pretrained Transformer targets low hallucination, policy adherent agents already in production at Fortune 500 firms across finance, healthcare, telecom and insurance.
