Instead of buying a migration tool, Caylent built a multi-agent orchestrator on the Claude Agent SDK that runs inside the customer's own cloud and cut one engagement from 2,600 engineering hours to about 220.
Caylent built Caylent Accelerate on the Claude Agent SDK: an orchestrator that runs hundreds of parallel agents through a pipeline of an inventory parser, a dialect translator (for example SQL Server to PostgreSQL), a guardrail validator that tests each translation, and a summary generator. It routes cheaper Haiku for high-volume parsing and Sonnet for synthesis, and runs entirely inside the customer's own AWS account via Amazon Bedrock. On the Arborgold engagement that meant roughly 2,600 engineering hours down to about 220, a 90 percent reduction. Other named engagements include 82 percent faster translation of 257 Oracle objects with about 202,000 dollars saved, 75.7 percent faster (about 2,374 hours) at a data-services firm, and 600,000 dollars of annual licensing eliminated at a SaaS company.
