Advantage Solutions redirects 70,000 hours a year by taking agents past the pilot
A sales-and-marketing services firm put Claude Enterprise into three live workflows and redirected 70,000+ labor hours a year, with governance, not tooling, as the deciding factor.
Advantage Solutions deployed Claude Enterprise, including Claude Code and Cowork, across three production workflows: photo-based verification of in-store demo compliance, a store-routing model for merchandising logistics, and finance forecasting. The compliance tool alone redirects more than 70,000 labor hours a year from manual paper checks toward training and floor presence, and one finance director cut a weekly validation process from 10 hours to under 30 minutes. What made it stick was structure rather than technology: a CEO-sponsored steering committee, a 150-person pilot that scaled to thousands of users, and more than 50 internal champions building use cases across departments, with a transformation partner (Tenex) alongside. For a broad workforce, the lesson is that a governed managed onramp with real ownership beats a scattered set of pilots. Metrics are vendor-published.
