KPMG is standardizing on Microsoft Agent 365 to deploy, monitor and govern agents centrally across all member firms, and expanding Copilot two years after first adoption. The transferable signal for a smaller business is the shape of the use cases — each is a narrow, high-value process (regulatory affairs, supply-chain steps, audit risk triage) rather than a general assistant — and that the layer being standardized is governance/lifecycle management.
